Ringwood North has a strong belief in the partnership between the students, parents and teachers in the success of child's educational outcomes.
Parents are involved in our school community in many ways, as classroom helpers, on excursions and incursions, as a class rep, in the uniform shop, being involved in whole school events such as Athletics Day and the school Production, on the Parent and Friends Association, as a School Councillor and working on various sub committees.
For parents wishing to be involved in the classroom, we offer a Classroom Helpers course. This 4 week course shares with parents current understandings and practices in education, and discusses the various roles that a classroom helper may be involved in.
To work as a volunteer at Ringwood North Primary School, all parents require a Working with Children Card, and to read and acknowledge the school's Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.
